Design: Library Construction, Quality Control and Sequencing - After the DNA sample passes the test, use the amplification primer to amplify, and purify the DNA through gel electrophoresis. The obtained fragments were end repaired, A-tailed and further ligated with Illumina adapter. The fragments with adapters were PCR amplified, size selected, and purified. Quantified libraries will be pooled and sequenced on Illumina platforms, according to effective library concentration and data amount required.
